Updates for Customers: Why OTA Update First Use? Receiving an OTA update upon first startup is normal. These updates ensure your device has the latest software versions. Please follow these steps to complete the update. 1) Go to "Settings." 2) Connect to WiFi. 3) Select "About" > "Upgrade" > "Online Upgrade." If WiFi fails, restart, reconnect, and continue without interruption. Maintain stable WiFi for a 5-30 min update. Keep the projector plugged in; avoid using the remote. Any issues, please let us know at once.

T2 Projector Battery Duration The usage time in video mode is 2.5H, in JBL speaker mode, it's 18H. Please note that the screen brightness will be reduced in battery mode to prolong usage time. Maintaining high brightness may result in a slightly lower duration than 2.5 hours.

Watch Netflix on T2? Due to copyright restrictions, most projectors, including T2, can't directly mirror streaming services. Use HDMI or USB instead. We'll launch an exclusive T2 TV Dongle on July 25 (sold separately), with details updated on the product page. Meanwhile, consider other affordable TV sticks for a seamless viewing experience.

T2 Include Remote Batteries? Starting with the second shipment, we added two AAA batteries. For owners of the first batch of T2 projectors, reach out to us to obtain them!

T2 Usable Outdoors Daytime? Although the T2 weighs 2.4 kg (about 1.8x the length and 1.5x the width of an iPhone), due to its high-capacity battery and uncompromised brightness, it is an excellent choice for camping and outdoor movie watching. However, due to brightness limitations, it may not perform as well in daylight or brightly lit environments as it does at night or in darker settings. Please choose based on your specific needs and usage scenarios.

About Auto Focus & Keystone Auto-focus and auto-keystone work best when the projector is within 15° of the wall. Greater angles may affect performance. Use electric focus and 4P keystone correction for large deviations. Ensure the focus receiver at the bottom is not obstructed to avoid focus failure.

About Auto Obstacle Avoidance Before using the auto-obstacle avoidance feature, make sure the auto-keystone and auto-focus functions are turned on. Obstacle avoidance may not be possible when there are white or other light-colored objects on the target screen.

Regarding the Power-On Issue Due to long transportation, the battery may have lost some charge and might not show as fully charged when you turn on the projector for the first time. This is normal and workable. Try holding the power button on the projector panel for 5 seconds to turn it on.

Can T2 USB charge a phone? The T2 projector's USB port can power small devices like a TV dongle but cannot charge phones.

What formats can T2 USB read? The USB port of the T2 projector is compatible with FAT32 and NTFS formatted drives. Please note that it does not currently support the exFAT format.
